The Weekly Times

The Weekly Times, Australia's largest rural newspaper, wanted to increase readership levels by driving their annual subscription uptake.

They were looking for a book that would appeal to a broad range of readers living in both regional and metropolitan areas, and thus drew on our vast collection of large-format reference titles, which are a useful addition to any home.

Each year we recommend a number of new release titles to suit their budget, and supply their final selection with The Weekly Times’ logo on the front cover of each. 

Their annual selections have included the Penguin Australia Do-It Yourself Manual, DK Earth and DK Animal, and most recently The Cook's Book - all valuable family resources that can be referred to for years to come.  This promotion has proved incredibly successful, and with a marked increase in subscriptions since its inception, it continues to this day.
